Pricing questions
What counts as a minute? +
Only time on a connected call, billed per second. Dials that ring out or are busy cost nothing. Most dials are short, so 500 minutes is roughly a thousand dials.
What happens after the trial? +
Your plan starts on day 8 and the card is charged then. Cancel before that and you pay nothing. You can also end the trial early to unlock the full minutes.
Why is there a daily limit at first? +
New businesses can make up to 50 calls a day until caller-ID verification is done, usually in 1 to 3 business days. Verified numbers get answered more often.
Are phone numbers included? +
Each plan includes a number of local US phone numbers, bought inside the app in a couple of clicks.
Can I change or cancel my plan? +
Any time, from Billing in the app. Plans are monthly.
